Isle of Mann Karate Federation Easter Competition 2009
Well done to everyone that entered this years Easter competition and thanks to all those who came to support the club. A smaller attendance this year than usual, but no less spririt, enthusiasm and sportmanship from those that entered.I have a number of video clips thanks to Andrew Smith's camera and Sean's dad acting as camera man for most of the comp. I have a vast amount of photo's of well.
First of all down to results.
Tim came second in the individual senior Kumite event with Andrew Smith just missing out on a trophy for third place, having to retire after a ham string injury.
Sean, Tim and myself (Andy Bailey) came first in the team Kumite event and I came first in the weapons Kata event.
