Hi my name is paul hardy and achieved the grade of nidan under the instruction of keith bell in 1982.i wish i could remember the katas but unfortunatly not
I'm currently trying to contact peter Davison and chris southwick to try andfind any info out on the lost katas if I find anything illegal shall let you know. I trained under keith bell and reached nidan although I don't follow karate any more it would be a shame to lose the katas
